Mission

For swimmers aged 21 upwards, the squad is for fitness and as well as those wishing to compete

Training times

Tuesday                 Hartsdown                  5.45am to 7.30am

Thursday               Hartsdown.                  5.45am to 7.30am
Criteria

Open to all swimmers over the age of 21, who are able to swim independently.

Any final decisions on session allocation, lane placement or squad movement will always be at the discretion of the Squad/Head Coach

Policy for maintaining squad status

Should the squad be at capacity, swimmers not meeting an appropriate level of attendance, may be asked to leave the club.
