The final details for this Saturdays camp at Hartsdown are as follows:-

• Registration open from 11am
• Introduction Talk by Mark Foster at 11.30am
• Pool session (key focus – starts/turns) at 12pm
• Talk (Race Preparation/Nutrition) at 2.15pm
• Pool session (key focus – sprints) at 3pm
• Photo opportunity at 4pm
• Pick up at 4.15pm

Please note there will be no lunch break. If you bring some light snacks, these can be taken at 2pm.

The flight has taken off, with an expected landing time of 3.30pm

For those being picked up at Hartsdown, expected return time is between 5.50- 6.10pm
