Swimmers are reminded not to use electronic devices (Inc Mobiles) on poolside during galas. For major championships, music devices may be considered for use when swimmers are entering the marshalling area, however this is at the Head Coaches descretion and approval for use is required.
Well done to everyone that took part in the 2013 South East Regionals.
The club enjoyed some exceptional swims.
