“Following the de-brief of the 2012 Kent County Championships and a subsequent meeting of the Swimming Committee it has been decided that entries to the 2013 Kent County Championships will only be considered if submitted entry times have been achieved or have bettered the qualifying time standard at a meet licensed at level 1,2,3,4.
It is inevitable that this standard would be introduced although the Swimming Committee has tried to avoid this for a number of years. Clubs were warned at the coaches/administrators meeting in September 2011.”
As consequence, we are now considering licensing our Club Championship in September. More details to follow.
