Cameron represented Thanet AC in the Kent Cross-Country League for the first time yesterday, less than three weeks after his 11th birthday and the first time that he has been able to compete in the U13 category. Cameron was probably the youngest boy in the race, with many of the others two years older, and finished in fifth place. He exceeded all expectations, and a great day was complete when Cameron was selected to represent Kent at a Southern Inter-Counties meeting in Essex on Saturday 8th December.
