Reminder – as the Club is running its Long Distance Meet on Thursday 18th, there is NO LAND TRAINING for Seahawk Senior Squad. The Long Distance Meet is a 5.30 warm up for a 6pm start. Please note, Junior squad Seahawk training will finish early at 5.30pm
