Up at 6am for a jog to the pool, the swimmers all took part in the early morning session.
A bit of rain first thing, didn’t dampen the spirits, as it was back to the hotel for breakfast, where Kieran Dale set a record of eating 22 pancakes.
A bit of downtime saw most enjoynthe sun by the pool
Before another lunch feast of pasta, paella, chicken, pork and pizza.
Once ready it was time for the first afternoon land warm up of the trip, lead by our Strength & Conditioning coach, Arthur
Straight into the pool after for a tough afternoon set, where swimmers started to show signs of tiredness and suntans.
Back to the gym, where the group was split for some stretching and weights
Everyone now knowing what it feels like to be on a swim camp, it was back to the hotel for dinner and evening entertainment of murder mystery
Wally of the day – Kieran Dale (for so many temp tattoos and pancakes)
Swimmer of the day – Stephanie Panteli
