The club are hosting the Adam Whitehead Butterfly and race preparation clinic tomorrow. All swimmers that have entered paperwork and payment are invited to attend.
There are a very few spaces available (please email Scott if you are interested in attending)

Two pool sessions
Two land training sessions
Event closes at 5.30pm
Please note the club have a fun session tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd) at Hartsdown, commencing at 9am.
Open to all club swimmers (Seals, Dolphins, Seahawks and Development) and parents/families involved with the club, we will be starting with some fun races, before getting the inflatable out. Yes, we do expect parents to bring their costumes!
The session will be concluding at 11.30am. It is free to join in, so please just turn up
