On the final day of the championships, we had Jordan Honour and Max Jameson on the 200m Backstroke and Jamie O’Connor on the 200m Freestyle
Three great heat swims, saw Jordan and Jamie make the finals and Max a season best swim.
Jordan ranked 6th going into the final, swam a storming race, staying up with the leaders throughout and finishing just outside the top 3, with another amazing pb.
Jamie swimming in the Tokyo Final, was the youngest swimmer in the final. Starting well, he turned 2nd at the 100m mark. A gutsy last 100m, saw him finish just outside his pb, which he set in the heat, finishing in 6th place.
