Thanet Swim Club

The club recently competed in the East Invicta Championships 2025 , held at Dover Leisure Centre.

Competing against all competitive clubs in East Kent, Thanet showed a dominant performance across both weekends.

After the relay events the final standings were:-

1. Thanet SC – 1,098 points
2. Dover Lifeguards – 722.5 points
3. Herne Bay SC – 430.5 points
4. Folkestone – 254.5 points
5. Ashford Town SC – 178.5 points
6. White Cliffs SC – 152 points
7. Ashford School – 134 points
8. Faversham – 54 points
9. Canterbury – 41 points
10. Hythe SC – 2 points

Some fantastic team swimming took place in the 1st round of Arena League

Our B team hosted their gala against Erith & District, Larkfield, Ashford Town and Sheerness.

Final scores were:-

• Erith & District 216
• Thanet B 174
• Larkfield 170
• Ashford Town 111
• Sheerness 80

The clubs annual celebration event is taking place on Saturday 29th November. Presentations will be made for club championships awards, as well as lots of fun and games. The event is open to all Club members and family members.
