County Qualifier update

Having received fantastic support for the clubs Xmas County Qualifier gala on the 20th December, we are unfortunately going to have to implement our conditions and reject some entries.

We have received nearly 1,400 entries which would normally mean a very full two day meet.

With the key criteria being an opportunity to qualify for County championships, we will be assessing swimmers based on the Kent county qualifying times, with those furthest away being considered for rejection.

To enable swimmers the opportunity to enter Icebreaker, we will be publishing the acceptances and rejections tomorrow.

Thank you for your co-operation and understanding

Xmas Butterfly & Race Prep Swim Camp

Please see attached the entry form for the Adam Whitehead Butterfly and Race preparation clinic on the 30th December.

Like before, it will be a whole day event with two swim sessions and two land based activities.

Unique to swim clinics, Adam will also be teaching the swimmers how to prepare for competition races.

Entry costs £20 and entries should be returned with payment to the clubs office as soon as possible to book a place. Places will be offered on a first come basis.

Guildford City Open

A huge weekend of first class swimming has just finished.

The club had a team of 28 swimmers competing against some of the best teams across the South of the country.

Putting in some fantastic swims, with nearly everyone swimming pb’s, the team broke club and SER records.

A massive thank you to Guildford swimming club for hosting a great meet.

East Invicta training camp

Please note, if you have qualified for the East Invicta training camp, entry forms need to be returned by Friday.

Entry details can be found on the East Invicta website
