Over 200 swimmers from Primary Schools across Thanet competed in this years gala. Upton Junior were once again crowned overall winners in Years 3/4 and then Years 5/6.
Three Thanet Primary School Gala Records were broken; in Years 3/4 the Mixed Medley Relay by Upton and the 100m Individual Medley by Rowan Fuss also from Uption plus in Years 5/6 the 25m Backstroke by Chloe Parkinson from Bromstone.

The club is considering organising a taster day for open water swimming at the Watersports Centre at Holborough Lakes in Snodland on Saturday 30th June.
This maybe of particular interest to anyone who is considering entering the SER Open Water Championship in July.
