Estimated timings are as follows:-
Years 3/4 Gala
- Arrival from 8.45am
- First event 9.30am
- Parents/Teacher race approx. 11.10am
- Awards presentation approx 11.15am
Year 5/6 Gala
- Arrival from 11.30am
- First event 12.15pm
- Awards presentation from 2.00pm
For spectators arriving for the Year 5/6 gala, you will be held in the Sports Hall, until such time as the prior gala is clear.
Spectators will be charged an entry fee to the balcony. (This helps cover the costs of running the gala.)

This years gala is taking place on Sunday 8th June 2025 at Hartsdown.
Entries deadline has been extended to 18th May.
Entries can be made by simply completing the entry here
This is a really fun gala and open to all Primary school aged children who can swim 1 length (25m).
Top 6 swimmers in each event, will get a medal (Non swimmers will have a chance of medals)
Please don.t lose the opportunity to enter. Speak with your school now and make sure you get your team entered.
Also don’t forget the Adult race, always fun for the children to watch!
