Normal training will run until Friday 23rd Dec (inclusive) and will start again Monday 2nd Jan.

Club squads, during the week Sat 24th-31st Dec, please attend the sessions arranged for your main senior squad i.e. Seahawk Snr for Seahawk Club, Dolphin Snr for Dolphin Club.
The clubs presentation evening takes place on Saturday at Discovery Park in Sandwich.
To ensure everyone is catered for, can you please let us know if you would like any specific drinks. We will have the following plus Coke’s, Lemonade, Tonic’s, J2O’s, Fruitshoot’s and Water

Sat 17th Dec:
Session 1: Warm up 12 noon, Start 1pm (approx. end 3pm)
Session 2: Warm up 3pm, Start 4pm (approx. end 6.45pm)
Sun 18th Dec:
Session 3: Warm up 8.30am, Start 9.30am (approx. end 11.30am)
Session 4: Warm up 11.30am, Start 12.30pm (approx end 3pm)
