The East Invicta entries closing date is Monday 15th September. Please ensure you complete the TSC version of the East Invicta entry form (on our website under the “Competitions -> Gala Entries – Seahawks/Dolphins” section) and return the form together with payment via the Hartsdown postbox in an envelope marked “East Invicta entries”.
If you wish to enter one of the following events, 50, 200 Fly, 50, 200 Breast, 100 Back, 100IM at East Invicta , but have not yet met the qualifying time and are due to swim the event at Club Champs on 20th September, indicate your wish to swim the event on the EI form and include payment. If the qualifying time is achieved at Club Champs we will endeavour to update your entry. A refund will be provided if you do not achieve the qualifying time.
We will also endeavour to update improved times swum on the last session of Club Champs. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to the tight deadlines involved in submitting the entries to the gala organisers.
