Regionals 1st weekend

A long hot weekend of swimming has seen the club come away from Crawley with a hat full of medals. The club had some excellent performances and had swimmers making countless finals.

The swimmers making finals were (Bold indicates Gold and SER champions):-

Clubs policies

With gala’s coming thick and fast, the club would like to re-iterate it’s policy on mobile devices and social media.

The club have a strict policy of no telephones to be used within the changing areas or poolside. Please ensure that should you have a mobile device with image capturing capabilities, then this is switched off and is stored within your bag at all times, once you enter the changing facilities.

The ASA are concerned with the risks associated with social media and the club are looking to be proactive in the area to ensure we safeguard all of our members. Should you have any concerns with the above, please see any of the committee or welfare officers.

Online booking system

The club are pleased to introduce our new online booking system

Allowing members to enter open meets, club galas and events, the new website been developed for us.

Thanet Primary Schools

A jam packed day of swimming from 17 local primary schools, with a number of records tumbling.

Well done to Upton for winning both the 3/4 and 5/6 years trophies for another year.

A huge thank you goes to all the officials and helpers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to put on this fantastic event.
