Thanet Swim Club

On Saturday, the club was delighted to host the Thanet Primary School Gala (last run in 2019).
A fantastic gala for years 3/4 and 5/6, with 14 schools entering a team. We also enjoyed a very close Parents/Teacher race, won by Ramsgate Arts Primary School
The overall team results were:-
Years 3/4 winners – Wellesley Haddon Dene
Years 5/6 winners – St Georges Primary

The club was pleased to have one of its members, C Ansell represent the club at East Invicta Masters.

Overall he won 5 golds in 5 events

The club are delighted to be hosting the Thanet Primary School Gala on the 11th May 2024.

A fantastic fun gala open to all Primary schools in Thanet. Split into two sessions for Years 3/4 and Years 5/6, it includes 25m events and lots of relays, including a Parents/Teacher relay.

If you have a swimmer at the club who is currently attending a Primary school in Thanet, please pass on the entry pack to the PE teacher.

It is a great event for all primary school children. Children (and Parents) just have to be able to swim 25m to participate
